Vaccine clinic Saturday open to New Yorkers over 60

Vaccine clinic Saturday March 13, open to all seniors 60 and over who reside in New York State.

Please find a link below (or click here) for a vaccine clinic this Saturday, March 13 at SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury.

You must be at least 60 years of age on March 13, 2021 and be a resident of NY State to be eligible.

Those who sign up and are not eligible, will NOT receive the vaccine.

Complete registration requires:

  • the first page and
  • the "NYS COVID 19 VACCINE FORM" on the “Your Appointment is Booked” page.

Please bring proof of age, residency in New York and insurance cards with you to the clinic.
