Warren County Public Health will hold a COVID-19 vaccination clinic Tuesday, May 4, at SUNY Adirondack open to anyone 18 and older offering the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccine.
The vaccination clinic will be held at the ACC Northwest Bay Conference Center on the SUNY Adk campus, 640 Bay Road in Queensbury.
Please bring a form of ID (student badge, drivers license etc.). Wear clothing that will allow access to your upper arm for vaccine administration. This vaccine is the one-shot vaccine, and the clinic will run 3 to 4 p.m.

Free of Charge Testing:
- Weekly for all your essential, front line workers on a weekly basis onsite or at home
- Testing of all hosts and guests for events — at home tests or onsite rapid tests.
- Insurance information will be collected from all guests and the insurance companies are billed for the tests. If a person does not have insurance, the company will bill the Federal Cares Act.
- Inspire will contract directly with the event host and manage all logistics directly, to alleviate any extra work for the venue team members
- Test for events are prioritized and tracked at the lab to meet the time deadlines.
