From press releases: Advokate, LLC, a Downtown Glens Falls design and marketing firm, announces the hiring of Candice Frye and Cam Cardinale, both as a Marketing and Communications Associates.
Frye has 10 years of experience working in the arts and nonprofit business sector. She has a passion for working with nonprofits, community collaborations, and Glens Falls.
After being a part of the LARAC team in Glens Falls for more than 10 years, Frye left her position as executive director to pursue her new independent adventure managing short term rental properties in the Adirondacks and Saratoga area. She has also been an instrumental piece of the Arts District of Glens Falls and is Vice President of the Glens Falls Collaborative. She has been responsible for numerous festivals in Downtown Glens Falls. She is a frequent volunteer.
Cardinale is a data-driven content creator, photographer and digital marketer with a passion for social media, small business and Glens Falls. Cardinale is also employed with the Charles R. Wood Theater, planning and executing marketing campaigns, engaging with patrons at the box office, and assisting with fundraising. He also oversees marketing campaigns for Cardinale’s Car Care and has marketing and administrative experience.
Bank Appoints Fort Edward Branch Manager Cierra Colvin

From a press release: Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Cierra Colvin to Officer and Branch Manager of the Fort Edward Office.
In her new role, Colvin will oversee daily operations, provide quality customer service and develop banking relationships for the Fort Edward branch. She joined the bank in 2015 and was previously the assistant manager for the Kingsbury branch. Colvin supports her local community as a board member for Washington County Learning, Employment, Assistance Partnership (L.E.A.P.). She is originally from Hartford, N.Y. and currently lives in Fort Edward, N.Y.
