Libby Coreno and Susan Corney Join EDC Board of Directors

Libby Coreno, general counsel to Bonacio Construction Inc., and Susan Corney, executive vice president of human resources at Hudson Headwaters Health Network, will join the leadership of EDC on May 1. The EDC is the leading advocate for growth, opportunity, jobs, and business investment in Warren County, NY.
They join EDC directors Judy Calogero, president of Calogero Partners; Dr. Kristine D. Duffy, Ed. Coreno is a member of the Board of Directors of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and chair of the New York State Bar Association Attorney Well-Being Committee. Corney has worked extensively in human resources in health care and nonprofits.
Marissa Broadley Named Director of Infection Prevention at Saratoga Hospital
From a press release: Saratoga Hospital has promoted Marissa Broadley to director of infection prevention, responsible for infection prevention and control at the hospital’s more than 20 locations. The Ballston Lake resident has 13 years of experience in infection prevention in roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she was manager of infection prevention at Saratoga Hospital, a member of the Albany Med Health System. With her System colleagues at Albany Medical Center Hospital, Columbia Memorial Health and Glens Falls Hospital, as well as partners at other Northeastern New York hospitals, Broadley has played an integral role in the region’s response to infection prevention challenges throughout the pandemic.

Lake George Chamber hires Sports/Reunion Coordinator
From a press release: SUNY Oneonta graduate and Minerva native, Nick Kelly, brings his extensive background in hospitality and sales to the new role as Sports/Reunion Coordinator at the Lake George Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau (LGRCVB).
Launching his professional career in Chicago at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant Group, Kelly completed a management training program while building knowledge in the food and beverage industry and maintaining relationships with vendors and staff. Upon his return in 2019, Kelly worked as Beverage Sales Representative for Frederick Wildman and Sons, as well as Anheuser-Busch, overseeing extensive accounts throughout the Adirondack Park and Northern Capital Region.
Kelly’s position involves establishing relationships with regional and national sports and reunion event planners to ensure that Lake George area destination assets are top of mind with decision makers.
