Starting with the Hadley Business Association’s Scholarship Breakfast at the Hadley Senior/Community Center the food fun continues with the American Legion’s Chicken BBQ, and in between there are food vendors from conventional festival tastes (fried dough, anyone?) to tacos to Amarillo eggs.
Tastes to delight ALL!
The day includes the scholarship breakfast, a car and truck show, dozens of vendors, contests and a raffle, and more!
Operation Adopt a Soldier will be on hand to collect canned goods, personal hygiene items to send to deployed troops.
Pets on leashes are welcome!
The Scholarship Breakfast features thick French toast with pure Adirondack Maple Syrup plus many food vendors adding sweet maple to their menus, too. Maple cotton candy, maple cheesecakes, maple donuts, maple popcorn and just pure maple syrup from local maple producers.
Kids will squeal with delight as they bounce in the inflatables, have their face painted or choose to ride a pony.
Chat about your winter projects at the car & truck show, or shuttle by a horse wagon to browse the many talented crafters offering their handcrafted items and artful renderings.
The Maple in April Festival, April 29 is funded in part by the Hadley Business Association and the Town of Hadley.
This is an outdoor event so dress in the Adirondack style of layering.
