In the congressional match-up, Elise Stefanik handily beat challenger Tedra Cobb for a second time, 64 to 35 percent, the Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports. The paper says that the difference in the vote totals far outweight the absentee ballots that remain uncounted this morning.
