About Corey Clark:
Corey brings consumer insights and creative strategies to the role of Senior Sustainability Manager at Honeycomb Strategies. While focused on the client’s needs and carbon goals, how the story is told to consumers and customers is always on her mind. Corey’s impact journey started while working at Clif Bar where she learned how business can have a triple bottom line. She took those principles and practices along with her throughout her career while building international partnerships with well-known outdoor brands. Impact measurement, actionable goal setting, and reporting on reduction are where Corey helps our clients thrive. As a leader in the B Corp community and B Local Colorado board Co-Chair, Corey also comes to client projects with more than just profit on her mind. She peels back how multiple stakeholders are affected by decisions and the impact of opportunities. Corey also has experience with carbon accounting through measurement tools such as Climate Neutral and can help create stories from carbon offset project partnerships. Corey lives in Denver where she spends as much time as possible outdoors.
About Lauren Lichterman:
Lauren is a seasoned professional in the sport sustainability industry and facility and event management. Her work has focused largely on the collegiate athletics space for over a decade. While at the University of Texas at Austin athletic department, she was responsible for the Fan Services, Stadium Tours, and Sustainability programs. Her work included organizing sustainability efforts in all Athletics programs and facilities, specifically focusing on the 2020 campus zero-waste goal and fan and student engagement. These efforts resulted in being the only two-time winner of the Green Sports Alliance Innovator of the Year Award in 2018 and 2019. During her time in the Texas A&M University athletic department, she was tasked with baselining existing operations and efforts and developing a strategic plan with measurable goals specific to Athletics that align with the campus sustainability master plan. A strong believer in the power of sport to positively impact the community, Lauren regularly develops opportunities for individuals and organizations to make a difference.
