Rochmon Record Club: The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Greatest Hits Collection "Smash Hits"

The Rochmon Record Club will converge to listen and learn about The Jimi Hendrix Experience – Greatest Hits Collection – “Smash Hits”.

Jimi Hendrix took the world by storm in the mid ’60s and changed the way electric guitar was played forever. “Smash Hits” contains 12 iconic Hendrix tracks, songs pulled from the first 2 Experience albums. Every song is instantly recognizable. “Purple Haze”, “The Wind Cries Mary”, Hey Joe”, Manic Depression” and “Foxy Lady” are among them. However, Rochmon is never satisfied, and we’ll be adding some extra songs to the list as well.

Rochmon Record Club Listening Party begins at 7 pm with a live audio & video presentation by Chuck Vosganian aka “Rochmon”. A Rochmon Record Club Listening Party is meant to inform and deepen our understanding of the history of the individual performers, the songs, and the stories that went into the making of this iconic album.
